Gregg Kronenberger

Gregg Kronenberger has been assisting employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations for 19 years. He counsels and trains employers on compliance with federal and state laws, and represents and advises employers in lawsuits under statutes prohibiting discrimination, establishing wage and hour standards, and otherwise regulating employment. Gregg also represents employers in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and other state and federal agencies.  He regularly works with unionized employers on labor-management relations, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and represents employers in arbitration hearings. Mr. Kronenberger earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Louisiana State University, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Louisiana and the Austin Bar Association.  Gregg is with the firm of Boulette & Golden, L.L.P. in Austin.
