Lamar Romero is a diverse entrepreneur, geeky numbers guy, and a fanatically devoted consultant, assisting small and medium businesses grow and prosper through structured capitalization and funding.

Lamar graduated from Texas A&M in 1998 with a hybrid engineering / business degree and is happily married to his longhorn wife, Laura Valentino Romero.  As the “Chief Funding Officer” of Romero Capital and Funding, Lamar utilizes strategic marketing and channel development coupled with 15+ years of business investing and experimentation to find, structure and fund working capital and investment opportunities for growing businesses. When not funding companies, Lamar enjoys watching MMA (UFC), working out, playing with his 3 labs, networking online and around town with NetworkinAustin, building his own business empire, and occasionally sleeping.
